- As a Emergency Services Registered Nurse (RN), you will be a pivotal healthcare professional, delivering compassionate, high-quality care that truly impacts our patients' well-being and recovery.

+ Provides comprehensive, safe, effective, evidence-based nursing care for adult patients in the mobile stroke program and acute care settings.
+ Organizes and prioritizes patient care activities to balance clinical needs with patient comfort.
+ Demonstrates ethical practice and assumes accountability for decisions, actions, and outcomes.
+ Serves as a patient advocate, delivering holistic, culturally sensitive care aligned with values, beliefs, and customs.
+ Recognizes, assesses, and responds promptly to changes in patient condition within established timeframes.
+ Communicates effectively (e.g., SBAR), performs thorough handoffs, collaborates across disciplines, and follows the chain of command.

- + Graduate of an accredited school of nursing + One (1) year of nursing experience in anacute care facility +
Registered Nurse:
AZ license or compact state + Basic Life Support
- BLS (CPR) + Advanced Cardiac Life Support, within 6
- months + Pediatric Advanced Life Support, within 6
