The role requires a current RN license in Arkansas, with a BSN preferred. New graduates or RNs in good standing are welcome; experience in specialty units may be required. The nurse will work a day shift from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM, averaging 72 hours bi-weekly, and participate as a full partner within an interdisciplinary team. CPR certification is mandatory; additional certifications like ACLS, PALS, or NALS may be required depending on the unit, with training provided. Specialty education is available for specific units to support clinical excellence.
