•Overview We are seeking a compassionate and highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our team. This role offers an opportunity to make a meaningful impact by delivering exceptional patient care in a supportive environment dedicated to recovery and well-being. Duties Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including vital signs, physical examinations, and physiological evaluations. Administer medications, injections, IV insertion Monitor patients' conditions closely, managing acute pain, and other critical care needs Provide patient education on medication administration, health coaching, and post-discharge instructions including discharge planning Requirements Valid RN license in the state of employment with current BLS certification. Proven experience in hospital medicine, ICU (Intensive Care Unit), emergency medicine experience preferred. RN License must be in good standing and a clear background check The RN will collaborate with physicians, psychologists, social workers and other health care professionals to plan and deliver care using a multidisciplinary patient-centered approach.

Responsibilities:

The RN has the following responsibilities and duties: Render and supervise care of Gallus Medical Detox patients. Determine and implement specific detox protocols as designated by the physician. Participate in the evaluation of patient's condition and progress with other team members. Observe and assess patients for clinical signs and symptoms following prescribed course of treatment. Implement nursing care and prescribed medical interventions based on observed clinical signs and symptoms. Record and report all pertinent information related to a patient's mental and physical condition, and effects of treatment. Assign duties and supervise treatment by clinical technician staff. Reports to Nursing Director all emergency, medical, and disciplinary situations that require administrative intervention including incident reports. Participate in Quality Management / Performance Improvement committees as assigned.

Supervisory Roles:

Direct workflow of assigned nursing and ancillary personnel.

Pay:

$41.24 - $46.24 per hour
