$900/week Job Summary We are seeking experienced Registered Nurses (RNs) for a Med Surg assignment in Tuba City, Arizona . Local and travel candidates are welcome to apply. The Clinical Nurse will provide professional nursing care to patients of all ages and their families while working in an acute or sub-acute healthcare environment. This opportunity is ideal for experienced Med Surg RNs looking for a local contract or travel assignment in Arizona. Responsibilities Provide direct patient care according to physician orders and established standards of nursing practice. Assess, monitor, and document patients' conditions. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed. Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans. Monitor patients for changes in condition and respond appropriately. Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals. Educate patients and families regarding treatment and care. Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation. Follow hospital policies, nursing procedures, and standards of care. Provide safe and compassionate care to patients across various age groups. Requirements Minimum 2 years of experience as an RN in an acute or sub-acute facility Current, valid, full, and unrestricted U.S. RN license BLS - American Heart Association (AHA) ACLS - American Heart Association (AHA) TCAR — Trauma Care After Resuscitation, to be completed within 6 months of hire NIHSS — NIH Stroke Scale, to be completed within 6 months of hire Strong clinical assessment and critical-thinking skills Ability to work independently and as part of a healthcare team Apply Today Whether you're a local RN in Arizona or an experienced travel nurse looking for your next assignment , we'd love to hear from you.
