Minimum 3 Years Required About the Role We are seeking an experienced Utilization Review RN for a 13-week contract opportunity in Tuba City, Arizona . This role focuses on reviewing medical necessity, coordinating patient care, supporting discharge planning, ensuring accurate clinical documentation, and promoting regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate will work closely with physicians, case management, and interdisciplinary teams to improve patient outcomes while supporting efficient resource utilization. Requirements Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in any U.S. state or territory required (Arizona license not required). Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) required. Minimum 3 years of clinical nursing experience , including at least 2 years in an inpatient Med-Surg, PACU, ICU, Step-Down, Telemetry, or Home Health direct care setting . Current American Heart Association (AHA) BLS certification required. Knowledge of Utilization Review, Case Management, Electronic Health Records (Allscripts preferred), discharge planning, and clinical documentation required.
