Under the leadership of Dr. Devon Malecki, MD, MBA, our practice is undergoing a rebrand and expansion focused on advanced aesthetics, wellness, longevity, and medical weight loss. We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) who is passionate about patient care, aesthetic medicine, and helping build a thriving practice. This is an incredible opportunity to join a growing team at a pivotal stage, with the ability to make a meaningful impact while participating in the growth of the practice. What You'll Do Perform laser treatments and energy-based procedures Conduct aesthetic and wellness consultations Educate patients on treatment plans and recommendations Manage and support medical weight loss patients, including GLP-1 therapies Build strong patient relationships that drive retention and loyalty Promote treatment plans, memberships, and wellness programs Deliver an exceptional luxury patient experience from consultation through follow-up Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure compliance with all protocols What We're Looking For Active California RN or NP license Experience in medical aesthetics, dermatology, plastic surgery, wellness, or medical weight loss preferred Laser experience strongly preferred Experience with GLP-1 therapies, hormone optimization, peptides, or wellness medicine is a plus Strong consultation, communication, and patient education skills Comfortable discussing treatment recommendations and membership programs Self-motivated, professional, and growth-oriented Compensation & Benefits $45-$60 per hour based on experience Performance-based bonus opportunities Membership sales commissions Treatment package incentives Employee pricing on services and products Opportunity for increased hours as the practice grows Work directly alongside an experienced physician entrepreneur Be part of an exciting rebrand and expansion strategy This position is ideal for someone who wants more than just a clinical role.
