Monitor patient health and document nursing care. Administer medications as prescribed and oversee patient reactions to prevent complications. Educate patients and families on post-hospital care procedures. Ensure compliance with healthcare laws, regulations, and internal standards. Required Skills Strong clinical skills in a high-dependency healthcare setting. Proficient in using medical software for patient charting.
