Job Description
- Arroyo Grande Community Hospital is a 65-bed, acute care, nonprofit hospital located in Arroyo Grande, California.
Every day you will provide total patient care, assist in managing care administered by other staff, and assume responsibility for your assignments, including relief charge nurse duties as needed.
To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of nursing principles, effectively collaborate with the healthcare team, and take accountability for patient outcomes. Employee has the willingness and ability to perform additional duties and responsibilities in different areas of the department on an as-needed basis or as determined by management. Follows established hospital and department policies. Communicates well with supervisor reporting problems with equipment, supplies or procedures. Requests assistance as appropriate. Maintains good attendance and punctuality. Consistently projects positive professional image through appearance and behavior. CA RN License Basic Life Support- CPR BLS, within 30 Days Advanced Cardiac Life Support
