Role:
Registered Nurse specializing in Medical Surgical, responsible for delivering quality patient care in a healthcare facility.
Responsibilities include:
Providing direct patient care, monitoring, and documentation. Integrating organizational values, mission, and goals into daily duties. Assuming accountability for clinical performance and patient safety.
Qualifications and skills:
Minimum of 2 years recent RN experience, with at least 1 year in Medical Surgical specialty. Current RN license in the state of practice. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. Strong clinical skills, adaptability, and professionalism.
