1 Description American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for a GI/Endoscopy position requiring a CA RN license and Epic experience. Details Work in the GI Lab of an acute care hospital Variable/mid shift schedule, typically 10:30 AM-8:00 PM Requirements Active CA RN license required Current BLS certification from an AHA-approved vendor required AHA-ACLS or ARC-ALS certification required BSN preferred Acute care facility experience preferred Minimum two years of specialty experience required, with recent experience within the last three months Epic and Cerner experience must be documented in employment history Additional Information Delivers coordinated nursing care using the nursing process for assigned patients Supervises and directs nursing staff while coordinating care with other disciplines Collects and analyzes patient data to determine diagnoses and care plans Implements care plans, coordinates care delivery, and promotes a safe healing environment Collaborates with patients, families, and healthcare team members Participates in discharge planning and patient/family education Required vaccinations as a condition of employment, with medical and religious exemptions considered Local candidates accepted with no radius rule; local pay rates match travel rates Candidates with more than 5 days of requested time off will not be considered Candidates with a prior adverse licensure action will not be considered
