Full Job Description Role:
Registered Nurse (RN) providing holistic, evidence-based nursing care.
Responsibilities:
Administer medications and monitor patient health. Assess patient conditions and coordinate with interdisciplinary teams. Educate patients and families about health management. Support discharge planning and ensure safety and quality standards are met.
