ABOUT PROMEDXP HEALTH & WELLNESS SCREENING CENTER PROMEDXP

Health & Wellness Screening Center is a new occupational health and wellness screening center operating as a division of ProMed Express, Inc., a California healthcare services company based in the Coachella Valley. We serve individuals and employers across the region with a comprehensive menu of health screening, testing, and compliance services. All clinical services are performed under the oversight of our Medical Director, Brooklyn Palmer, MD, through Guardian MD — a physician-led remote oversight platform. Our RN will have full access to the Guardian MD platform from day one for provider support, standardized procedures, and standing orders. We are in our launch phase and growing intentionally. This is a ground-floor opportunity to join a growing screening center, help shape how we operate, and expand your hours as we build our patient base over the coming months.

POSITION SUMMARY

We are looking for a licensed Registered Nurse to join our team in a part-time, flexible capacity. In the near term, we need your clinical expertise to partner with our Medical Assistant in reviewing our current exam room and workspace — assessing equipment, supplies, and layout to ensure everything is in place before we begin seeing patients. Once open, you will serve as the clinical lead for all hands-on services, working under Medical Director-approved standardized procedures with full Guardian MD platform access.

SERVICES YOU WILL SUPPORT

The following are the services offered at our screening center. You will be trained on each applicable service and will perform those within your scope as an RN under Medical Director-signed protocols. > Biometrics and Wellness Screening > Full biometrics screening — complete panel in a sequenced single visit > Blood pressure measurement > Height and weight measurement > Body Mass Index (BMI) calculation > Waist circumference measurement > Vital signs check — blood pressure, heart rate, respiratory rate, temperature, and oxygen saturation > Vision screening — Snellen acuity and color vision testing > Fingerstick point-of-care testing: glucose, A1c, and lipid panel (CLIA-waived, RN only) > Comprehensive wellness blood panels — RN blood draw, send-out to reference laboratory

Clinical Testing:

> Urine pregnancy testing — CLIA-waived HCG point of care (RN only, with written donor consent) > TB skin test (PPD) — placement and reading (RN only, under Medical Director standardized procedure) > Quanti

FERON-TB

blood draw (RN only, under standing orders) > Antibody titers — Hepatitis B, MMR, and Varicella (RN only, under standing orders) > Resting EKG screening — 12-lead acquisition and quality review > Vitamin B12 and wellness injections (RN only, under Medical Director standing orders) > IV hydration and vitamin infusion therapy (RN only, under Medical Director protocols) > Drug and Alcohol Testing (RN or MA, with required certifications) > Urine drug screen collections — DOT and non-DOT, upon completion of DOT Urine Collector qualification training > Breath alcohol testing — upon completion of BAT certification > Oral fluid and hair specimen collections > EtG urine alcohol testing

Occupational Health Compliance:

> Respirator medical clearance — questionnaire administration; review coordinated with Medical Director > Respirator fit testing — qualitative OSHA protocol

Specimen Collection and Administrative Support:

> DNA buccal swab collection — non-legal and legal chain of custody (collection-only; send-out to AABB-accredited laboratory) > Legal immigration DNA collection — per AABB and USCIS requirements (collection-only) > Support for I-9 employment eligibility verification and background check coordination (administrative, no clinical license required for these tasks) AME Exam Day Support (Facility and Administrative Only): > Exam room setup and equipment verification before provider arrives > Applicant check-in, intake, and ID verification > Urine specimen collection for FAA dipstick when directed by the on-site Aviation Medical Examiner > Administrative coordination during and after AME exam days

QUALIFICATIONS

Required > Current, active California Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing > Minimum two years of clinical nursing experience > Phlebotomy competency — venipuncture, blood draws, and IV insertion > Experience with point-of-care testing and CLIA-waived analyzers > Strong clinical documentation skills and knowledge of HIPAA requirements > Ability to work independently and professionally in a patient-facing environment > Reliable, organized, and punctual Preferred > Occupational health, urgent care, outpatient, or community health experience > Familiarity with TB skin testing (PPD placement and reading) > Experience with IV hydration therapy or wellness injections > DOT Urine Collector qualification training (or willingness to complete upon hire) > Bilingual in English and Spanish — a strong asset for our Coachella Valley community
