This role plays a critical part in onboarding, field training, provider support, and ongoing education initiatives, while also collecting data and metrics to support organizational growth and expansion. This position requires travel within California and across the United States to conduct in-person trainings and field support.
  • Essential Job Functions Training & Onboarding Coordination Coordinate and schedule in-house, virtual (Zoom), and field training for new providers Contact new providers to confirm training schedules and outline expectations for onboarding and field training Send internal communications across departments Prepare and distribute all training materials, including provider handbooks, documentation forms, and field training supplies Coordinate with cross-functional teams (HR, Intake, Supplies, QA, Operations) to ensure full onboarding readiness Arrange travel accommodations (flights, hotels) for out-of-state trainings Field Training & Education Delivery Conduct field training with providers in assigned territories across CA and the U.
S. Facilitate in-house and virtual clinical training sessions Support hands-on clinical skill development and procedural training Ensure all training checklists and onboarding milestones are completed Provider Support & Communication Serve as a point of contact for provider education via phone and email Respond to incoming inquiries Conduct documentation training with providers Support providers during early onboarding with guidance, troubleshooting, and education Chart Review & Clinical Feedback Review patient charts and documentation for accuracy and compliance Provide structured feedback to providers during their training period Assist providers with difficult cases and documentation questions Training Materials & Program Development Create, update, and maintain training materials, checklists, and educational content Support development of structured education programs and CEU/CME offerings Coordinate in-service training requests from facilities and internal stakeholders
  • Qualifications 1-2 years of clinical, nursing, or education experience preferred Prior experience in clinical education or training strongly preferred Strong leadership, organizational, and multitasking skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data tracking Ability to travel frequently for training assignments
