Travel Registered Nurse (RN)•SNF/Sub Acute Job Description We are seeking an experienced Travel Registered Nurse (RN) for a 13-week SNF/Sub Acute assignment in Camarillo, California. This role is ideal for an RN with experience in skilled nursing or post-acute care who is committed to delivering compassionate, high-quality patient care.

Assignment Details Location:

Camarillo, CA 13-week travel assignment

Day Shift:

7:00 AM•7:00 PM 36 guaranteed hours per week Responsibilities Provide direct nursing care to SNF/Sub Acute patients Assess, monitor, and document patient conditions Administer medications and treatments as prescribed Coordinate care with physicians and interdisciplinary team members Educate patients and families on treatment plans and discharge needs Maintain accurate documentation using Cerner EMR Requirements Active Registered Nurse (RN) license Minimum 2 years of recent SNF, Sub Acute, Long-Term Care, or Post Acute RN experience Current BLS certification Experience with Cerner EMR preferred

Pay:

$2,300.00•$2,329.00 per week
