Essential Duties :
RN is responsible for providing assistance with Activities of Daily Living and assistance with routine daily nursing care needs and services in accordance with resident's assessment and service plan. Treat residents with respect, dignity, and compassion, always ensuring confidentiality. Follow HIPAA guidelines with respect to patient, family, co-worker, vendor and visitor protected information. Complete all service plan tasks as scheduled and sign-off on each by end of shift. Provide support to CNA's as needed and medical staff Make written and oral reports/recommendations concerning the activities of your shift as required. In charge of inputting of admissions and discharges into PCC.
