Hospice Licensed Vocational Nurse Runner

Chino Hills, CA Job Details Full-time $400 a month 19 hours ago Qualifications LVN Client rapport building Full Job Description We are seeking a runner during on-call shifts, base pay plus per-visit LVN Licensed Vocational Nurse to join our team in the Chino Hills area! You will be responsible for the weekdays 5pm-8am and the weekend from 5pm on Friday until 8am on Monday. Clinical hospice experience is required and candidates with triage experience are highly desirable.
Responsibilities:
Provide Skilled Nursing Care in a home or facility setting Ensure the appropriate use of meds, DME, and supplies Educate and support patients, families, and caregivers Participate in IDT updates and updating the Plan of Care Provide our patients and families the best care possible
Qualifications:
Valid LVN License in California One year or more of experience in either Home Health or Hospice is required Previous experience in palliative care and intake is a plus Ability to build rapport with patients Compassionate and caring demeanor Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Payment:
Negotiable Will either be a monthly stipend and visit rate of 65$/visit, or an increased visit rate without stipend.
