Registered Nurse (RN) On My Own Independent Living Services - 3.3 Citrus Heights, CA Job Details Part-time $60 an hour 5 hours ago Benefits 401(k) Employee assistance program 401(k) matching Flexible schedule Qualifications CPR Certification RN License BLS Certification Driver's License First Aid Certification Full Job Description On My Own Independent Living Services is hiring a Part-Time Registered Nurse to support our Enhanced Supported Living Services (SLS) department. The RN provides assessment, training and support to clients with developmental disabilities living in their own homes, as well as their direct care staff.
Registered Nurse Daily Tasks Include:
Consult with the SLS Program Director to develop client Individual Service Plan (ISP), providing the medical information that highlights the client's strengths and needs, including all medical needs. Collaborate in the development of client Health Care and Safety Plans, and the implementation of health care procedures to be followed for each specific health need. Provide direct support and training for Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVNs), Supported Living Facilitators (SLFs), and other OMO teams across the organization. Provide direct service and support to clients. Perform delegated independent nursing functions using established procedures, policies, guidelines and standards. Other duties as assigned.
Registered Nurse Qualifications:
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of California. CPR and First Aid certification. Valid California Drivers' License with reliable transportation and proof of automobile insurance. Experience in providing healthcare services to individuals with developmental disabilities is preferred.
