4 days on, 2 days off, Rotating 2. PRN / On-Call Job Overview We are seeking a reliable and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. In this role, you will provide direct patient care, oversee nursing staff, and ensure the highest standards of clinical excellence in a skilled nursing setting. •Pay based on years of licensed RN experience• Key Responsibilities Provide direct nursing care in accordance with resident care plans Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately Monitor and assess resident conditions and report changes as needed Supervise CNAs and LVNs/LPNs on shift Ensure accurate and timely documentation Maintain compliance with all state, federal, and facility regulations Respond to emergencies and provide clinical leadership Qualifications Active RN license in the state of California Current CPR/BLS certification SNF or long-term care experience preferred Strong assessment, organizational, and leadership skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Pay:

$42.00 - $46.36 per hour
