Key Qualifications:

Active RN license in good standing Minimum of 1 year of recent ER experience required Current certifications:

BLS, ACLS, PALS

(and TNCC preferred) Strong assessment, triage, and critical-thinking skills Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team Excellent communication, documentation, and organizational abilities

Responsibilities:

Conduct patient assessments, administer medications, and implement clinician-ordered interventions Respond efficiently to emergent and urgent care needs, including trauma, cardiac, and pediatric emergencies Provide attentive care to diverse patient populations, ensuring safety and comfort throughout their ER visit Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare team members to deliver rapid, effective patient care Document clinical findings, treatments, and patient progress clearly and thoroughly Educate patients and families regarding procedures, discharge instructions, and health management

Schedule/Hours:

Contract position with variable shifts, including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays, to support 24/7 emergency care
