• Seeking a dedicated Behavioral Health Registered Nurse for night shifts to provide compassionate care in a mental health facility, ensuring patient safety and high
• quality nursing.

• Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive nursing care in a behavioral health setting.
• Administer medications and monitor responses.
• Collaborate on patient care plans.
• Educate patients and families on health conditions.
• Maintain accurate documentation.

• Schedule:

• 26/52
• week assignment, 40 hours/week

Night Shift:

• 0700

• Training:

• 30•day orientation during day shifts (5 x 8•hour shifts) • Includes med certifications and shadowing •

Requirements:

• Active CA RN License
• BLS and CPI certifications
• Two years of behavioral health nursing experience
• COVID vaccination and booster required

• Additional Information:

• Patient ratios: 1:8, 1:30
• No on
• call; PPE provided

Attendance and Time Off:

• Strict training attendance; two call
• outs result in a warning, three may lead to termination
• No RTO during training; post
