We are seeking a skilled, compassionate, and outgoing professional IV Hydration Nurse to join our team. In this role, you will deliver high-quality intravenous hydration therapy, vitamin infusions, and wellness treatments in a modern, client-focused environment. Position Overview As an IV Hydration Nurse, you will assess clients, start and manage IV lines, administer prescribed infusion therapies, monitor patients during treatment, and provide education on hydration, nutrition, and wellness. You will play a key role in delivering safe, effective, and personalized care that helps clients recover from dehydration, support immune function, enhance recovery, and improve overall well-being — all while creating a warm, positive, and engaging experience. Key Responsibilities Perform comprehensive patient assessments and obtain relevant medical history prior to treatment Initiate and maintain peripheral IV access with excellent technique and patient comfort in mind Administer IV fluids, vitamins, minerals, and other ordered infusions according to protocol Closely monitor clients during and after infusions for tolerance, adverse reactions, and therapeutic response Educate clients on the benefits of IV therapy, aftercare, and healthy lifestyle recommendations Maintain accurate, timely documentation in the electronic medical record Ensure strict adherence to infection control, safety, and regulatory standards Collaborate with the clinical team and physicians to optimize treatment plans Provide exceptional customer service and contribute to a welcoming, professional clinic atmosphere Assist with inventory management, stocking, and maintaining a clean, organized treatment environment
Qualifications Required:
Current, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice Current BLS certification (ACLS preferred) Minimum of 1-2 years of recent clinical nursing experience (ED, ICU, Outpatient surgery, infusion, or ambulatory care preferred) Strong peripheral IV insertion skills and confidence with IV therapy Excellent assessment, critical-thinking, and communication skills Outgoing, friendly personality with a natural ability to connect with clients and create a positive experience Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team Professional demeanor and strong customer-service orientation
Preferred:
