Schedule/Hours:
8-hour shifts Variable shifts, including both days and nights (flexibility required) What you'll bring: Active RN license in good standing Previous Operating Room experience strongly preferred Current BLS and ACLS certifications Flexibility to work both day and night shifts as assigned Strong communication and critical thinking skills Dedication to delivering exemplary patient care in a fast-paced, team-oriented environmentRole Responsibilities:
Circulate and/or scrub on surgical procedures in a busy OR Collaborate with surgeons, anesthetists, and interdisciplinary staff to promote patient safety and positive outcomes Adhere to strict aseptic techniques and contribute to infection prevention efforts Prepare operating rooms, equipment, and surgical instruments according to procedural needs Offer compassionate support and education to patients and their families pre- and post-operatively Document nursing actions and patient responses accurately Why take this travel assignment?
