Covina, CA Job Details Part-time $50 - $60 an hour 1 day ago Qualifications LVN Full Job Description We are seeking a Per Diem / Part time LVN Licensed Vocational Nurse in the Covina region to join our team! You will be responsible for delivering high-quality care to assigned Hospice patients. Clinical experience is preferred and candidates with Hospice experience are highly desirable.

Responsibilities:

Provide Skilled Nursing Care in a home or facility setting Ensure the appropriate use of meds, DME, and supplies Educate and support patients, families, and caregivers Provide our patients and families the best care possible Travel is required when working

Qualifications:

Valid LVN License in California One year or more of experience in either Home Health or Hospice is preferred Previous experience in a hospice setting is a plus Ability to build rapport with patients Compassionate and caring demeanor Excellent written and verbal communication skills
