As a key member of our medical spa, you will deliver personalized care, perform advanced procedures, and ensure the highest standards of safety and professionalism. This position is fully paid and ideal for nurses passionate about blending clinical excellence with cosmetic artistry. Duties Perform non-invasive aesthetic procedures including dermal fillers, Botox (Botulinum toxin treatment), and laser treatments using esthetic laser technology. Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including vital signs, medical history review, consent forms, and skin evaluations to determine suitability for treatments. Administer injections, including Botox, dermal fillers, and other injectables following strict aseptic techniques and safety protocols. Educate clients on post-treatment care, potential side effects, and maintenance plans to optimize results and ensure client satisfaction. Maintain accurate medical documentation within electronic health record (EHR) systems, adhering to HIPAA regulations. Provide excellent patient care and consultation support Educate clients and recommend appropriate treatments and products to support their goals (consultative sales approach) Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's needs. Qualifications Valid RN license with current state licensure required; additional certifications in esthetic laser treatment or cosmetic procedures preferred. Proven experience in medical office settings, including medical-surgical or outpatient clinics; experience with EMR/EHR systems is highly desirable. Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology relevant to dermatology and aesthetic medicine. Experience with injection administration, IV infusion, suturing, and aseptic technique essential for safe practice. Excellent communication skills combined with a lively, motivational attitude to foster positive client interactions.
