Qualifications:

Active RN license in good standing Recent experience in Stepdown/Progressive Care Unit (PCU) settings BLS and ACLS certifications required Strong critical thinking, communication, and multitasking skills Ability to thrive in fast-paced, evolving environments

Primary Responsibilities:

Provide care for acutely ill patients transitioning from ICU to general care Monitor and assess patient status, delivering interventions as necessary Collaborate effectively with an interdisciplinary healthcare team Administer medications and therapies accurately and safely Document patient progress and maintain detailed records Educate patients and families throughout hospitalization and discharge planning
