Masters Level Mid Level ABA Supervisor

Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Entry Level Supervisor to join our team. Responsibilities Supervise and support staff in the delivery of services to individuals with developmental disabilities. Ensure compliance with medical documentation standards, including maintaining accurate medical records and adhering to HIPAA regulations. Conduct diagnostic evaluations and assessments as needed. Assist in data collection and analysis to monitor progress and outcomes. Provide training and guidance on best practices in special education and applied behavior analysis. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop individualized plans for clients. Foster a supportive environment for staff, encouraging professional development and teamwork. Skills Knowledge of medical documentation practices and experience with medical records management. Familiarity with HIPAA regulations to ensure client confidentiality. Strong understanding of diagnostic evaluation processes. Experience working with children, particularly those with developmental disabilities. Proficient in data collection methods relevant to behavioral analysis and special education. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with staff, clients, and families. Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment while also demonstrating leadership capabilities.
