Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN)
Employment Type:
Part-time / Per Diem We are looking for a compassionate and dependable Home Health LVN to provide quality nursing care to patients in their homes. Requirements Current California LVN/LPN license in good standing Home health experience preferred Current CPR certification Strong communication and clinical skills Reliable transportation Korean and Vietnamese speaking required Compassionate, professional, and dependable Responsibilities Provide nursing care to patients in their homes Monitor patient health and report changes to the supervising RN/physician Assist with medications and treatments as ordered Perform patient assessments and follow individualized care plans Educate patients and families about care and treatment Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation Compensation Competitive pay based on experience and qualifications.
