Lead and supervise the wellness team to deliver high-quality, person-centered care Oversee resident assessments, individualized care plans, and medication management Collaborate effectively with families, physicians, and interdisciplinary staff to ensure optimal resident health and wellness Provide training, mentorship, and ongoing support to wellness staff to maintain compliance and clinical excellence Monitor regulatory compliance and participate in licensing and state survey processes Qualifications for a

Wellness Director:
