Responsibilities:

Provide specialized nursing care for patients in the Progressive Care Unit Monitor, assess, and document patient progress while effectively communicating with interdisciplinary teams Administer medications and treatments as prescribed Respond to patient needs and changes in condition with critical thinking and compassionate care Support patients and their families through recovery by educating them about care procedures and interventions Ensure compliance with all safety policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements

Qualifications:
