00 per hour (Based on experience) El Centro Post Acute is hiring a full-time Registered Nurse (RN) Charge Nurse for all shifts. We are seeking a dependable and compassionate RN who is committed to delivering high-quality care and strong clinical leadership in a skilled nursing environment. Responsibilities Admit new residents and complete initial nursing assessments Assess and manage changes in condition Communicate with physicians regarding labs, medications, and resident needs Provide and coordinate nursing care in accordance with physician orders and care plans Administer medications and treatments as prescribed Supervise and support LVNs and CNAs during the shift Ensure accurate and timely documentation in the medical record Maintain infection control, safety, and regulatory compliance standards Respond to emergencies and provide clinical leadership on the unit Requirements Active California RN license in good standing Ability to work Day, PM, or NOC shifts Strong clinical assessment and leadership skills Experience managing change of condition Dependable attendance and professional work ethic Ability to meet the physical demands of the role Preferred Skilled nursing or long-term care experience Experience with EMR systems Job Details Full-Time (8 or 12 hour shifts ) All shifts available Shift differentials offered Medical, dental, vision benefits Paid time off Apply Today Join a supportive clinical team focused on quality care, teamwork, and professional growth at El Centro Post Acute.
