Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Nurse to join our in-clinic wellness team. This is an exciting opportunity to practice proactive, personalized medicine while helping patients achieve meaningful, long-term health outcomes in a collaborative and patient-centered environment.

As a RN at Lindora, you will play a key role in providing high-quality medical care to our clients while supporting the overall clinic operations.
Job Responsibilities:
Your responsibilities will include: Evaluating client needs and providing nutritional education, menu planning, and coaching using the Lindora client experience model. Administering regular vitamin injections and intravenous blood withdrawals. Taking and recording client vitals, including blood pressure, pulse, body composition, and measurements. Documenting all collected client information in the company's EMR system with accuracy and attention to detail. Referring clients to the medical provider for medication assessment when necessary. Recommending and selling Lindora products to support clients on their wellness journey. Assisting with inventory management of medical products and supplies. Maintaining a clean, organized, and professional workspace while adhering to all company policies, procedures, and standards of care. Ensure compliance and charting requirements are met. Educate patients on treatment options, wellness therapies, and follow up care. Identify patients' needs and introduce additional services or therapies that may support improved outcomes Communicate the benefits of recommended treatment and care plans in a clear and patient-centered manner.
Requirements:
1+ year of nursing experience in an acute care setting. Blood withdrawal (IV Certification) and ability to perform related procedures. Valid Registered Nursing License and CPR Certification. Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively in person, via phone, and email. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekdays, nights, and weekends. Proficiency with computers and studio software. Highly organized and skilled in medical charting. Passion for helping clients achieve their health and wellness goals. Ability to handle confidential information and work harmoniously with clients and co workers. Administer IV hydration, vitamin therapies, injections, and other wellness treatments pursuant to provider orders and clinical protocols. Educate and empower clients about their health and wellness journey. Mentor and train new nurses, fostering an inspiring and collaborative team culture. Document all collected client information clearly and correctly in the company EMR system. Adhere to all company policies, procedures and standards of care. Complete intravenous blood withdrawals, sample preparation and procedure documentation. Refer clients to the medical provider as needed for medication assessment. Confidently recommend and sell Lindora products to clients to assist them on their wellness journey. Uphold industry-leading Standards of Care while maintaining compliance with state and local regulatory guidelines.

$40.00 - $50.00 per hour
