GREAT OPPORTUNITY
for someone who is a RN-Registered Nurse. This is a very rewarding opportunity to work with seniors in SunnyDay Adult Day Health Care Center. Position requires bilingual in English and Chinese&Cantonese. Our beautiful facility located in El Monte, CA has state-of-the-art programs and a fun-and-caring team for our seniors. REQUIREMENTS
  • RN-California Registered Nurse
  • REQUIRES
    Bilingual in English and Mandarin.
  • Patient care plan writing experience or skills.
  • Patient health condition diagnosis and assessments
RESPONSIBILITIES
Generating of Individualized Plan of Care on a computerized medical record Nursing Assessment Patient cares Administering of medications Provide liaison to the Participants personal Physician Monitor Participants health status Paper works and filing Proficient with Computer skills Computer Chinese data entry will be a plus Will train. (Related education backgrounds only) We have a team to work with you in our facility. You will also enjoy our passionate seniors here. Our spirit is to provide seniors with Hope, Health and Vitality.
