Duties Administer botulinum toxin injections, dermal fillers, and other aesthetic injectables with precision and care, adhering to all safety protocols and sanitation standards Conduct comprehensive client consultations to understand their aesthetic desires and recommend suitable treatment plans Perform additional aesthetic procedures such as chemical peels, microchanneling, laser treatments, and body waxing as needed Maintain detailed documentation of treatments performed, client progress, and medical records in compliance with healthcare regulations Educate clients on post-treatment care, product recommendations, and ongoing skincare routines to maximize results Manage appointment scheduling using EHR management software, ensuring a smooth client flow Promote retail sales of skincare products and aesthetic services through effective upselling and product demos Uphold the highest standards of sanitation and infection control throughout all procedures We're Looking for

Someone Who:

Has a minimum of 2 years of hands-on aesthetic injection experience Is confident performing neuromodulator treatments Has hands-on experience with dermal fillers Has experience with biostimulator treatments Is knowledgeable and experienced with chemical peels Has experience performing microchanneling/microneedling treatments Has experience with laser and energy-based aesthetic treatments Understands facial anatomy, patient assessment, treatment planning, contraindications, and aesthetic safety Provides thorough patient education and appropriate follow-up Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills Is warm, outgoing, upbeat, and truly enjoys working with people Is dependable, professional, and team-oriented Is committed to continuing education and staying current with aesthetic techniques and trends Is comfortable helping educate, retain, and build a loyal patient base Is willing to participate in occasional aesthetic events, promotions, social media content, and other practice-growth initiatives The Ideal Person You don't have to walk in with a completely full book of clients but you do need to be excited about building one. We're looking for someone who sees the opportunity in joining a growing aesthetics practice and wants to help shape what it becomes. We value someone who is comfortable building relationships, following up with patients, educating clients about treatment options, recommending appropriate treatment plans, and creating an experience that keeps patients coming back. Existing clientele is strongly welcomed , and we would love to support an injector who already has loyal patients and wants to continue growing their aesthetic practice with Humble. Qualifications Active and unrestricted California RN or NP license Minimum 2 years of hands-on aesthetic experience Current BLS certification Formal training and demonstrated competency in aesthetic injectables Experience with neuromodulators and dermal fillers required Experience with biostimulatory treatments, chemical peels, microchanneling/microneedling, and laser treatments strongly preferred Strong understanding of infection prevention, documentation, patient safety, and post-treatment care Why Humble?
