13 weeks initially Benefits Great working location Health insurance Weekly payroll 24-hour accessibility Personalized service Refer-a-friend bonus Required Qualifications High School Diploma or GED equivalent Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred Current and active California RN license BLS certification through AHA Minimum 1-2 year of Registered Nurse experience including ambulatory setting experience Preferred Epic In-Basket experience Responsibilities Provide high-quality, patient-centered care in a fast-paced outpatient multispecialty setting Perform comprehensive patient assessments and interpret clinical data accurately Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans in collaboration with the care team Safely administer treatments and monitor patients for effectiveness and adverse reactions Manage patient communications and follow-ups Educate patients and families on treatment plans, medications, and preventive care Respond appropriately to changes in patient condition and escalate concerns as needed Maintain compliance with safety standards, policies, and regulatory guidelines Prioritize tasks effectively and adapt to floating between departments within the building About Us Power Personnel has partnered with healthcare professionals since 1994 and is a trusted leader in healthcare staffing across Northern California.
