Qualifications & Experience:

Current and valid state RN license required BLS and ACLS certifications required Minimum of one year as a staff RN in an acute care hospital, specifically in critical care Critical Care RN (CCRN) certification preferred

COVID-19

vaccination and boosters preferred Experience with EPIC Electronic Medical Record system preferred

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver safe, attentive patient care using the nursing process: assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation Provide direct patient care within license scope, upholding ICU quality standards Direct and guide patient and family education as well as the activities of supporting nursing staff Maintain accountability for assigned patients, ensuring changes in clinical condition are communicated promptly with the care team and physician Recognize and respond rapidly and accurately to sudden changes in patient status or response to treatment Uphold rigorous privacy and confidentiality standards for all patients
