Develops a care plan with prescribed interventions aimed at achieving defined outcomes; implements the plan and coordinates delivery of care. Evaluates progress toward outcomes, identifies progress or issues, and adjusts the plan as needed. Collaborates with the patient, family, and interdisciplinary team to provide safe, healing, and humane care; delivers learning opportunities for patients, families, and team members. Directly provides health information to patients, families, and treatment team; participates in discharge planning to ensure continuity of care; delegates appropriately and coordinates tasks among healthcare team members. Performs other job-related duties as assigned within the infusion care context and hospital environment. Requirements Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice (California) required. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification or CPR certification from an AH-approved vendor (BLS/HS-BLS or RQI BLS) required. Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred. Ability to work in a travel assignment and meet shift expectations in a hospital setting.
