Schedule/Hours:
Travel position with variable shifts, providing flexibility and chances to explore the region during your downtime.
Qualifications:
Active and unencumbered RN license (state eligibility applies) Minimum of 1 year of recent ICU nursing experience BLS and ACLS certifications required; CCRN preferred Strong collaborative skills and adaptability Ability to thrive in high-pressure, fast-paced settings
Duties:
Deliver expert care to critically ill patients, utilizing advanced monitoring and intervention skills Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams to develop, implement, and evaluate patient care plans Respond quickly and effectively to changes in patient condition, ensuring optimal outcomes Educate patients and families about care processes and recovery expectations Document assessments, interventions, and outcomes thoroughly and accurately
