What youll bring:

Active, unrestricted California RN license Minimum of 3 years experience as a Registered Nurse Bachelors degree in a related field Completion of coursework in administration, teaching, and curriculum development from an approved institution Possession of, or willingness to obtain, a California Teaching Credentialthis may include a California Designated Subjects Credential (Nursing Services or Health Science & Medical Technology), Adult Education Credential, or an elementary/secondary credential Ability to meet Board of Vocational Nursing's program requirements Valid California drivers license and reliable transportation Fingerprint clearance from both Department of Justice and FBI Strong organizational skills and a passion for mentoring LVN educators Key responsibilities: Lead and oversee the LVN Educator Program, elevating training standards Mentor and guide educators, supporting best practices in curriculum delivery Collaborate with faculty and administrators to enhance program outcomes Ensure compliance with state guidelines and educational mandates Contribute to the development and implementation of innovative teaching strategies Compensation for this opportunity ranges from $68.12 to $75.18 per hour, reflecting your expertise and commitment to shaping nursing education.
