Setting:

Short Term Acute Care Hospital Cerner trained required ER experience: minimum 3 years within the last 3 months Responsibilities Provide emergency nursing care to ED patients, including triage and initial stabilization Perform rapid assessments, monitor vitals, and initiate treatments per ER protocols Administer medications, start IV therapy, manage IV infusions, and assist with procedures Document patient observations and care in Cerner EMR; communicate with attending physicians and care team Monitor for clinical changes, respond to emergencies, and participate in code or rapid-response events as needed Coordinate discharge planning, patient education, and safe transitions of care Requirements California RN license in good standing Cerner training or demonstrated Cerner EMR experience BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications (AHA or ARC) Minimum 3 years ER/unit experience within the last 3 months

Education:
