Job Overview Join a high-end medical aesthetics practice in Hermosa Beach, California as a Nurse Practitioner Aesthetic Injector and Clinical Lead — owning the clinical experience end to end across one of the most advanced injectable and treatment menus in Southern California, earning $125,000-$175,000 annually, and building your personal brand and patient following under the mentorship of a double board-certified facial plastic surgeon. This is a full-time or part-time role for an injector who takes real pride in the craft — from the first consultation to the final result, across neurotoxins, dermal fillers, laser therapies, radiofrequency contouring, resurfacing, microneedling, and an emerging peptide and longevity program. Responsibilities Lead consultations and personalized treatment planning across the full aesthetic menu Deliver artful neurotoxin and dermal filler results across a multi-brand portfolio — from subtle prevention to full-face balancing Perform and oversee laser, radiofrequency, resurfacing, and microneedling services Set protocols and quality standards across the treatment program Partner with the Medical Director on complex cases and complication management under standardized procedures Mentor RNs and aesthetic staff, raising technique and consistency across the practice Build lasting, loyal patient relationships that grow the practice organically Requirements Active California NP license in good standing with furnishing number and DEA required National board certification (FNP, AGNP, or equivalent) required Eligible to work under a physician collaboration or standardized procedure arrangement required Hands-on aesthetic injectable experience required Current BLS certification required Laser and energy-based device experience strongly preferred Advanced injector training (full-face, masseter, lip, neck) strongly preferred Peptide therapy experience a plus Existing patient following a strong plus ACLS certification preferred Compensation & Benefits $125,000-$175,000 annual salary 401(k) Medical, dental, and vision insurance PTO Flexible schedule — full-time or part-time Employee discount Referral program Tuition reimbursement Own the artistry, build your following, and set the standard in one of the most sought-after aesthetic markets in Southern California — apply today and make your name at a practice that values technique, taste, and the craft of exceptional aesthetic care.
