Qualifications:
- Home Health experience is preferred at least one (1) year
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- Experienced with online documentation (
Home Health:
Datasoft Logic software)- Ability to manage patient schedule in a timely manner
- Spanish-speaking Must have current credentials of the following:
- Professional License or Certificate
- CPR Certification
- Physical Exam
- TB Test or Chest X-ray
- Liability Insurance
- Auto Insurance
- Driver's License We offer competitive pay per visit based on experience.
