Hour Home Care Shift, Highland Location:
Highland, CA Join Care Unlimited Health Services! Shifts Available Now! We are immediately hiring compassionate and skilled Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVNs) to provide high-quality, one-on-one care in the comfort of our patients' home in Highland. All positions are open to start immediately following the successful onboarding process.

Overtime pay applies after 8 hours per day. Comprehensive Benefits Package Health Insurance Flexible Scheduling Options LVN Job Description As a vital member of our team, you will be dedicated to providing skilled, personalized care:
Medication Management:
Prepare, administer, and accurately record medications per MD orders and protocols.
Clinical Compliance:
Perform all duties in compliance with HIPAA guidelines, agency standards of care, policies, and procedures.
Emergency Response:
Maintain the ability to initiate emergency protocols promptly in response to patient situations.
Reporting:
Report directly to the Case Manager, RN Supervisor, and Director of Nursing (DON).
Travel Requirement:
Traveling to patient's homes in the Simi Valley area is required. Qualifications & Requirements We are seeking a dedicated LVN with the following:
Must-Haves Licensure:
Current California State LVN Licensure.
Certifications:
Current CPR Certificate.
Health:
Current TB/Physical Clearance and Negative TB Test Result Documentation.
Transportation:
