As a vital member of our IV med spa, The DRIPBaR Huntington Beach, you will utilize your expertise to enhance clients' natural beauty, boost their confidence, and provide exceptional customer care. Responsibilities:
  • Develop comprehensive, individualized treatment plans based on a deep understanding of facial anatomy and the client's unique aesthetic goals.
  • Administer Botox, dermal fillers, and other neurotoxin treatments with precision and care, strictly following established safety protocols, Good Faith Exam (GFE) requirements, and industry standards.
  • Perform or assist with regenerative aesthetic procedures (such as PRP/PRF, microneedling) and our signature IV vitamin therapies.
  • Conduct thorough consultations to understand client goals, assess medical history, and determine suitability for procedures.
  • Educate clients on treatment options, expected outcomes, aftercare instructions, and potential side effects to ensure informed decisions.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of treatments performed—including products used, dosages, and client responses—using our med spa management software.
  • Uphold strict sanitation and sterilization procedures to ensure a safe, clean environment for clients and staff.
  • Promote additional services, such as IV memberships and skincare products, through ethical and educational upselling techniques.
  • Stay current with industry trends, advanced injection techniques, and California regulatory requirements to continually enhance your skills.
Qualifications:
  • Valid, active, and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) license in the State of California.
  • Minimum of 2+ years of hands-on aesthetic injecting experience (neurotoxins and dermal fillers) in a med spa, dermatology, or plastic surgery clinical setting.
  • Strong track record of client retention and the ability to build and maintain a loyal patient base through exceptional results and trust.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to clearly educate clients about procedures and aftercare.
  • Deep understanding of sanitation standards, infection control practices, and complex facial anatomy.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods, perform precise manual tasks, and assist in clinical emergencies as needed.
