Job Summary welcome any new RN, just graduated.....We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Imperial Manor Skilled nursing facility. In this vital role, you will be provide longterm care for our psychiatric patients and and with the help with 3-4 CNS per shifts to take care of 28-30 pts, most of our patients are mobile and only 1-2 bedbound at the most. Responsibilities Perform comprehensive patient assessments, including vital signs, physical examinations, and medical history documentation using electronic health records (EHR/EHR systems). Administer medications and injections with precision, including IV infusions, catheter care, and medication management following aseptic techniques. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans aligned with patient needs and medical directives. Manage triage processes for incoming patients, prioritizing urgent cases in emergency medicine or urgent care environments. Maintain strict compliance with HIPAA regulations and ensure accurate medical documentation for legal and billing purposes. Educate patients and families on health conditions, discharge instructions, medication administration, and self-care strategies to promote recovery and well-being. Requirements Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing with the appropriate state licensing board. Proficiency with EMR/EHR systems like Cerner or Athenahealth for documentation and patient data management. Strong knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, physiology, and diagnostic evaluation techniques. Experience performing advanced procedures including IV insertion, phlebotomy, laboratory specimen collection/processing, and aseptic technique. Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams and provide compassionate patient-centered care. $32.00 - $38.00 per hour
