We are seeking an exceptional RN or LVN who wants to take a leadership role in a modern practice combining concierge medicine, IV therapy, regenerative medicine, aesthetics, hormone optimization, peptides, and medical weight management. This is an opportunity for a motivated nurse who wants to do more than traditional bedside or back-office nursing. You will have the opportunity to lead clinical operations, help develop patient protocols, manage treatment programs, and expand your skills in regenerative and aesthetic medicine. What You'll Do Lead day-to-day back-office clinical operations and patient care Perform IV therapy, advanced IV placement, injections, and phlebotomy Administer vitamin, antioxidant, NAD+, regenerative, and other physician-directed infusion therapies Help develop and manage peptide and regenerative medicine protocols Manage medical weight-loss programs, including patient education, injections, follow-up, and progress tracking Participate in PRP, microneedling, regenerative treatments, and hair-restoration procedures Assist with hormone optimization and longevity-focused treatment programs Help create and refine clinical protocols as Dolce MD continues to expand For candidates interested in aesthetics, receive the opportunity for hands-on training and mentorship under an experienced board-certified dermatology PA , with the potential to develop as an aesthetic injector within the appropriate scope of practice Who We're Looking For Active California RN or LVN license Strong IV placement and phlebotomy skills IV certification as required for scope of practice Experience in IV therapy, aesthetics, dermatology, regenerative medicine, concierge medicine, or medical weight management is highly valued Prior injecting experience is a plus, but a strong desire to learn aesthetics is equally important Confident, polished, organized, and comfortable taking ownership of patient programs Interested in longevity, peptides, regenerative medicine, aesthetics, and preventative healthcare Looking for a long-term opportunity to grow into a lead clinical role Why Dolce MD?
