RNs will provide direct care to diverse adult patients with a wide range of medical and surgical conditions, which include pre

• or post-operative care, respiratory illnesses, infections, cardiac conditions, diabetes management, gastrointestinal disorders, and orthopedic procedures.

RNs will be performing comprehensive patient assessments, developing and implementing individualized care plans, administering medications and treatments, monitoring patient progress, providing patient and family education, and coordinating care with physicians, therapists, case managers, and other members of the interdisciplinary team.

Minimum Qualifications:

Current, valid, and unrestricted CA license/certification in good standing, as required for the position. Minimum of one (1) year of recent Medical-Surgical nursing experience in a community-based acute care hospital. AHA BLS MAB or CPI, LA City Fire and Life Safety Card (must be LA City), Must complete the LA County Employee Health Clearance before assignment start date. Copy of current, completed Primary Source Verification (PSV) from the appropriate licensing board or verification agency, if required.
