Your dedication to empowering clients and removing barriers to care will be paramount. Conduct basic health screenings including but limited to
- Blood pressure checks
- Blood glucose testing
- BMI/weight assessments
- Cholesterol screenings (if applicable) Educate participants about their results and offer guidance on next steps.
