Per Diem Registered Nurse - Diabetes Care/Endocrinology Clinic

Job Summary:

This position is accountable for providing competent nursing care for patients with common health problems, and is expected to deliver competent patient care to a full patient assignment. This position practices under the direction of the designated nurse executive, within the scope of the Nursing Practice Act, and in accordance with Children's policies.

Qualifications:

Education Program Accredited nursing program (required) Bachelors Degree Nursing (preferred) Licenses and Certifications RN

• California Board of Registered Nursing (required) BLS
• Basic Life Support
• AHA•American Heart Association For Labor Pool•Any standard BLS (Heart Code not required) within 30 days of hire or transfer into position (required) PEARS•Pediatric Emergency Assessment, Recognition and Stabilization•AHA•American Heart Association For employees hired into Apollo, Craycroft, Discovery, Explorer, and Peds Rehab.
