(AHP), a Joint Commission Certified supplemental healthcare staffing agency, is seeking an experienced OR RN to support the VA Northern California Health Care System in Martinez, CA. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced nurses seeking a full-time ( Monday-Friday) schedule at a VA healthcare facility.

REQUIREMENTS

U.S Citizenship is required for Federal Employment (VA) positions Current, unrestricted RN license Minimum of 2 years of current, consecutive OR RN experience Current American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS) certification Selective Service Registration is required for males born after 12/31/1959

Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift, push, pull and move equipment and supplies in accordance with safe patient handling guidelines.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Must have Circulate and Scrub experience OR RN for Ambulatory Surgery Center working on minor outpatient cases in vascular, podiatry, ortho, general surgery, hernias, lap choles, urology, ENT, eyes, plastics and assisting with pain.
