Schedule:

3x12 hour night shifts (7:00pm - 7:30am) 36 hours per week guaranteed

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver evidence-based nursing care to critically ill patients in the ICU Monitor and assess patients, responding rapidly to changes in condition Administer medications and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team Document assessments, interventions, and outcomes with accuracy Support families and provide compassionate, clear communication

Qualifications:

Active California RN license is required Previous ICU nursing experience Current BLS and ACLS certifications Proof of a negative TB screen within 12 months prior to start date Strong clinical judgment with the ability to handle high-pressure situations
